Who is Eligible to Join
The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:
1. Loudoun County employees, elected and constitutional officers;
2. Employees of the Towns of Loudoun County that includes the Town of Leesburg, Purcellville, Hamilton, Lovettsville, Middleburg, Hillsboro and Round Hill;
3. Contract and state-funded employees of the above jurisdictions;
4. Loudoun Healthcare, Inc. and all its affiliates, employees, doctors, medical staff, volunteers and technicians;
5. Contractors of Loudoun Healthcare Inc.;
6. Loudoun County Sanitation Authority employees.
7. Students of Loudoun County Public Schools;
8. The employees of Loudoun Credit Union;
9. Retirees, annuitants and immediate family members of the above groups.
US PATRIOT Act - Identification
To comply with USA PATRIOT Act, Loudoun Credit Union is required to verify the identity of members applying for and opening new accounts or services with the credit union. We must also retain copies of documents used to verify your identity.
Once a Member Always a Member
It is the policy of this credit union Once a Member Always a Member to protect those individuals who are at risk of losing their membership because they are no longer within the field of membership (e.g., a change of jobs, transfer out of the county, etc.). This policy does not protect those individuals who voluntarily terminate their membership with the credit union.

If you are eligible for membership and wish to open an account, we are located at
803 Sycolin Road, Ste. 105 in the Loudoun County Government Building. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5:30 PM
112 A South Street, SE in the Market Station Shopping Center. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Please bring identification (drivers license) and proof that you are eligible to join, either an employee badge, pay-stub or contract.
